Fleet SaaS Account Manager
SF Recruitment have partnered with a growing PE backed business who are looking to recruit an experienced Fleet SaaS Account Manager to cover the South East of England.
Working pattern: remote with regular visits to clients and monthly office visits
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 with bonus
Responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of public sector clients across the South East of England.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's operational needs and long-term strategic goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding, training, and ongoing usage.
Monitor account health and usage metrics to proactively resolve issues and maximise value delivery.
Prepare and present regular account reviews and strategic plans to senior stakeholders.
Support tender submissions and renewal processes where applicable.
Keep up-to-date with public sector procurement frameworks, regulations, and trends.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or fleet-related environment.
Experience working with or selling to public sector clients in the UK.
Strong understanding of account planning, cross-sell/upsell strategy, and client retention.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and travel within the South East region.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of UK fleet operations
