Client Relationship Executive
Loughborough - Office-based with hybrid flexibility
Full-time | Temp or Temp-to-Perm
£15 - £16 per hour

SF Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation in Loughborough to recruit a Client Relationship Executive - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial setting and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

This is a fantastic opportunity which could lead to a permanent position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound telesales activity to drive business growth.
- Proactively follow up on warm leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Confidently close sales and contribute to commercial targets.
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored, bespoke solutions.
- Respond to product, pricing, and delivery enquiries.
- Support targeted sales campaigns alongside internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service.

What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience in a sales, account management, or client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working to targets and closing business.
- Confident using CRM systems
