Saira is the CEO of SF Recruitment. She joined us in 2014 as Head of M&A and became our CFO a year later.

Saira spent six years in Deloitte’s M&A strategy team where she was involved in a number of high-profile deals in the recruitment and business services sectors. With her innate understanding of the industry, Saira knows exactly what it takes to build and lead a successful business.

Her time is spent looking for new and innovative ways to grow SF Recruitment and to provide our clients with adaptable services they’ll genuinely love. Saira specialises in supporting growing businesses with the design of the leadership and people infrastructure they need to deliver their strategic plans.
