Reward Specialist
SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a Manufacturing business who are growing their Reward team. My client is looking for an experienced Reward Specialist/Advisor. This role would be ideal for a Reward Coordinator who is ready to step up or someone that has worked within compensation and wanting to broaden their experience.
Location: North West or West Midlands
Salary: £37,000 + bonus
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday (2 days working from home once training passed).
The Role (What You'll Own)
- Annual salary reviews and bonus cycles
- Salary benchmarking and market insight
- Core and voluntary benefits management
- Share plans and pension processes
- Reward analytics: uptake, trends, participation, compliance
- Turning data into targeted, engaging reward communications
- Managing external providers
- Improving and evolving reward frameworks
This is a hands-on role with real influence
You'll bring:
- Reward or compensation experience (or clear readiness to step up)
- Strong stakeholder skills - comfortable at all levels
- The ability to simplify complex reward information
- A sharp eye for trends and detail
