Job Title: Regional Sales Business Manager
Location: Based in Falkirk, this is a field-based role that will cover customers from Falkirk to Birtley.
Job Type: Full-Time, Field-Based with Home Working
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 (plus bonus and company car)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Business Manager to join our client’s team in Falkirk, Scotland. This role is primarily field-based, focusing on key customers throughout the North region. While you will have the flexibility to work from home, you should reside near the Falkirk area, as occasional trips to their Falkirk office will be required. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, paying between £35,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience) with performance-based incentives including a 10% annual bonus and a company car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth
  • Conduct regular visits to key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel throughout the North region and occasionally to the Birtley office
  • Background in the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial
