Recruitment Administrator - Nottingham City Centre - Free Parking available

Temporary opportunity - Potential to Go Permanent

Hybrid - 2-3 days in office
£13.25 per hour (rate review in April)
Flexible working hours
Quick start date - looking for candidates who are either immediately available or on a 1 week notice period

We're working exclusively with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Recruitment Administrator on a temporary basis, with a strong chance of becoming permanent due to continued growth.


You'll be supporting the recruitment function with tasks such as:

  • Sending CVs to hiring managers
  • Booking and coordinating interviews (Teams & face-to-face)
  • Completing Right to Work checks
  • Preparing and issuing contracts
  • General recruitment administration duties
  • Supporting the wider People team as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar HR/admin role
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Confident liaising with managers and candidates
  • Happy working in a fast-paced, growing environment
