Project Manager - Construction / Highways - Initial 6-months contract - Outside of IR35. Our client is a leading nationwide highways contractor specializing in street lighting, traffic signs, technology, civil engineering, EV charging, and independent connections. Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects around junction 28 of the M25 and the M4 near London. This role demands expertise in construction and highways, with a strong focus on the commercial and planning aspects of the operations.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of highway and construction projects.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Commercial Oversight: Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve project objectives.

Project Manager Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in project management within the construction and highways sectors.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license and full right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility: Ability to work on-site around junction 28 of the M25 and the M4, with up to 3 days per week working from home.

- Rate: £450 per day, outside of IR35.
