Payroll Administrator required for an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity for an established client based in Coventry. You will be responsible for overseeing the weekly payroll function of up to 400 employees, as well as offering ad hoc assistance with the monthly payroll process. This is an office based role offering a great opportunity to add value to an existing function.

Your main duties include:
Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
Remain compliant with payroll regulations.
Ensure timesheet and attendance record accurate
The production of payroll reports as requested
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

You will bring:
2+ Years experience working in payroll administration.
Proficiency with Xero.
Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Certified or working towards Payroll Professional (CIPP) desired, not essential.
Desire to join a team and immerse in business culture.
