Pay: £35,000-£40,000 per year

Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Director, this position requires a dynamic individual who will be responsible for managing our clients Paid Social strategy and achieving significant performance targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management and strategy for paid social activity across multiple markets, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and Google ads.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports, providing context around performance and proactively recommending actions to the wider marketing mix.
- Recommend and manage significant budgets across a range of platforms to optimise their return on investment.
- Manage audience creation/segmentation, optimising performance and creative across different audiences.
- Drive creative concepts forward, working closely with designers.
- Manage influencer marketing and campaign focus.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and explore their benefits in our activities.
- Ideate and implement an extensive testing plan for content.
- Organise and create an email marketing plan in line with the wider company calendar.
- Manage our Shopify website.
What you need to succeed;
- A keen interest in digital marketing and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use Excel to manipulate large data sets to manage data purity across systems.
- A passion for sport, specifically football.
- Minimum 3 years' experience running social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter) for both paid and organic reach.
- Experience with other digital marketing tools such as paid social media, email marketing, e-commerce, and multi-channel marketing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail.
- Logical approach to problem-solving.
- Great people skills, creating positive relationships with customers.
- Enthusiastic team player willing to assist in all areas of the business.
