SF Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-known organisation based in Nottingham, due to the continued investment in our client's people they are now expanding the People Team meaning they are on the hunt for an experienced L&D professional.

This role is pivotal in helping our client's transformation journey, you will collaborate super closely with leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, design and deliver a wide range of learning activities.

We are looking to attract candidates who have experience working in a similar role, meaning you are able to bring your knowledge & skillset alongside passion and enthusiasm to really make a difference and impact positive change. We are looking for candidates with the proven experience of:

- Designing and delivering training programs, workshops and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, including team events
- Being able to showcase your communication & delivery skills and have the ability to influence and inspire others
- Be able to show variety by using a range of methods - instructor led training, e-learning, virtual learning rooms etc as well on-the-job learning
- Be able to create and lead a great on-boarding/induction experience
- Be confident in delivering on the design of career and learning pathways and skills audits
