Salary: £38,343 + excellent pension
Hours: Full time (2 days office, 3 days working from home)

You will collaborate with employees across the business to identify learning needs and create engaging learning solutions. Your work will span various topics, including:
- Legal/regulatory subjects
- Management and leadership programmes
- Compliance learning
- IT and systems learning
- Personal development programmes
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess learning needs
- Design and deliver innovative and engaging learning solutions
- Work on complex subjects and a broad portfolio of topics
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Leverage multiple design channels for effective and sustainable learning solutions
