Interim Head of Transactions Manager

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Transactional Finance Manager based in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the shared service transactional finance teams. This includes accounts payable, credit control, accounts receivable, billing, and other financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing customers and managing collections
• Monitor cash flow
• Reconcile financial accounts and prepare regular financial reports
• Implement and improve financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Provide guidance and support to finance team members, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to streamline financial processes and resolve issues

Experience :

• Proven experience in managing transactional finance shared service teams
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with financial software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
