Interim Finance Director

This is an interim Finance Director / CFO job to work on a project integrating two large businesses together after a merger, integrating finance teams, systems and processes quickly and accurately.

You will be a Qualified Accountant, and very likely a career interim with significant experience of working on mergers between separate organisations with teams in different locations. This role reports into the Group CFO, but your role will be critical in project managing the integration of the finance functions of the business on a technical and cultural level. You will therefore be able to travel to Manchester at least three days a week to be in and amongst the team. It would be advantageous if you also have experience of managing successful exits in prior roles too.

This Finance Director / CFO job offers a long term contract on a full time basis (6 months at least), significant day rate outside IR35, and hugely rewarding, if demanding work.
