The Insight Analyst will gather, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights and reporting that support business decision-making, driving data-driven strategies and improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and concerns.

Collaborate with business areas to design key performance indicators (KPIs).

Improve reporting to align with business goals.

Handle ad-hoc data requests and prioritize completion.

Perform other tasks as needed.

Required Skills;

Essential:

Advanced SQL/SSRS/SSIS skills

Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)

Desirable:

Experience with Salesforce.com

Experience in a B2B distribution environment
