The Role
As Innovation Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex scientific and engineering concepts into clear, powerful marketing communications. You'll be working at the intersection of technical expertise and creative storytelling, supporting sales and leadership teams to bring new innovations to market.

Your work will include creating written, visual, and digital content that explains the value of breakthrough technologies-ranging from advanced mechanical systems to cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. The role requires someone who is confident in engaging with technical experts, academics, and senior stakeholders, and turning their insights into campaigns that resonate with global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging content across digital, print, video, and event channels.
Translate technical and scientific information into compelling marketing stories.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams to gather insights.
Support sales teams with tailored marketing collateral.
Ensure consistency in messaging across international markets.
Travel to the UK and internationally as required.

About You
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in science, technology, engineering, or other innovation-led industries.
Proven ability to explain complex systems in simple, engaging ways.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (written & spoken). Dutch is a bonus.
Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite skills and/or video production experience.
