INTERIM Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager 
Location: Leominster
Duration: Interim (3-6 months approx)
Salary: up to £40,000 

The Commercial division of SF Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager to provide interim cover for a leading FMCG business.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the people strategy and leading various HR initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:
- Drive the people strategy and lead key HR initiatives.
- Oversee change projects including cultural development, values, behaviours, and people development.
- Foster a culture of coaching and empowerment to encourage high performance.

Project Management:
- Lead employee engagement projects.
- Manage communication strategies.
- Oversee ER cases, conduct, and performance management.

Team Management:
- Lead and support a team of HR professionals.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team capabilities.

General HR Responsibilities:
- Handle various HR generalist tasks including change management, presentation, project management, budget management, and line management.
- Utilise excellent IT skills to improve HR processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- CIPD Qualified.
- Strong HR Generalist background with experience in coaching, change management, presentation skills, project management, budget management, and line management.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Positive, passionate, and commercially astute HR leader.
Desirable:
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or manufacturing industries.
