Temporary HR Coordinator

£15.20 per hour

2 days working from home

8-12 Weeks

Our client is looking to hire a seasoned HR Coordinator to support their dynamic team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • To support staff induction where required.
  • assisting with recruitment activity andsupporting casework as required
  • Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Staff absence management and entitlement monitoring
  • Manage HR documentation and correspondence.
  • Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

The ideal Temporary HR Coordinator will have:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or be working towards it (desirable)
  • Experience working in an HR department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
