HR and Payroll Specialist
SF Recruitment have a great opportunity to join an established business as a HR/Payroll Specialist. You will be a valued member of the HR team providing support with monthly and weekly payroll and dealing with all HR related tasks, including onboarding and offboarding and taking minutes at disciplinary and grievance meetings.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of HR and Payroll and be able to work site based 5 days per week.
Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependant on experience)
Requirements
- Update and maintain HR and Payroll systems
- Involved with weekly and monthly payroll, including processing, calculations and liaising with tax authorities
- Administration of company benefits and managing renewals
- Provide 1st line support to managers including, sick leave, paternity and maternity
- Attending disciplinary and grievance meetings to take minutes
- Involvement with recruitment, including issuing of contracts, right to work checks and referencing
Required
- Proven experience within HR and Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws
- Excellent organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks
