Overview
SF Engineering are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Engineering client based in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will support the Compliance Manager across all compliance, certification, and documentation activities. This role is ideal for an engineering graduate or someone who has recently completed an apprenticeship who is looking to build a career in compliance, quality, or technical administration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance standards, supporting certification processes, and ensuring accurate documentation, while also assisting with general administration and some marketing-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Certification Support
- Assist the Compliance Manager with maintaining company compliance across all relevant regulations and standards.
- Support audit preparation and the renewal of certifications.
- Help manage compliance documentation, logs, and tracking systems.
- Ensure all internal compliance procedures are followed and up to date.
Documentation & Administrative Duties
- Maintain and organise technical documentation, manuals, and records.
- Prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence.
- Support internal teams by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and coordination tasks.
Marketing & Communications Support
- Assist in creating or updating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Coordinate the collection of information for marketing activities.
- Support internal and external communication tasks as needed.
Cross-Department Support
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to gather technical information.
- Provide administrative support across departments when required.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Engineering degree or recently completed a technical apprenticeship.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Confident with documentation and administrative processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn compliance and certification processes.
Desirable
- Any experience with compliance, audits, or quality management systems.
- Understanding of engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Experience creating or updating marketing materials.
- Knowledge of document control systems.
