This is a complex, dynamic, multi-national environment where finance plays a key role in strategic decision-making. The business is known for its global footprint, its commitment to continuous improvement, and its focus on developing its people.

The Opportunity

This is a key role within the Finance team, acting as the primary link between the region and Group FP&A. You'll own reporting, planning and forecasting processes end-to-end, ensuring the business delivers clear, timely and accurate financial insights that help drive operational and strategic decisions.

The role offers exceptional exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and global finance colleagues. You'll shape FP&A activities across the business, support decision-making with high-quality analytics, and play a major part in modernising reporting and planning tools.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting

Lead management reporting, ensuring alignment with Group standards.

Own the monthly business review cycle and partner with HQ to translate requirements into actions.

Oversee local reporting, ensuring deadlines and variance explanations are delivered to a high standard.

Manage risk and opportunity tracking.

Support broader business initiatives including balanced scorecards, market analysis and integrated financial/sales insights.

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Own the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle.

Run governance processes, challenge stakeholders, and ensure delivery to Group timelines.

Build strong relationships with Commercial, Operations, Shared Services and HQ teams.

Lead "desktop" forecasting, validating assumptions and consolidating outputs.

Coordinate long-range and annual operating plans.

Process & Continuous Improvement

Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting methodology and data quality.

Lead initiatives to streamline finance processes and enhance reporting tools.

Collaborate with global FP&A colleagues to adopt new systems and digital solutions.

Other Responsibilities

Represent the region with key Group FP&A stakeholders.

Contribute to policy, process and system development across financial planning and reporting.

About You

Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong post-qualification FP&A experience in a large corporate or group environment.

Excellent communicator able to distil complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to influence across multiple teams and geographies.

Highly analytical, commercially astute, and comfortable challenging assumptions.

Proven experience working in a multi-national environment (advantageous).

Advanced Excel; strong PowerPoint; capable with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Track record of driving continuous improvement and adopting new FP&A tools.

Why Apply?

A genuinely global finance environment with excellent exposure.

Strong culture of development, learning and mentorship.

Opportunity to shape FP&A practices across a major region.

Dynamic, innovative projects with cross-border collaboration.

A supportive, inclusive culture with focus on wellbeing and work-life balance.

If you're an experienced FP&A professional who enjoys ownership, stakeholder challenge, and influencing decision-making at a senior level, this is an outstanding opportunity to take your career to the next stage.
