Financial Controller

SF Recruitment are currently working with a Warwickshire based manufacturing business who are looking for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the finance function, overseeing a transactional team and working very closely with the MD to ensure financial targets are met whilst working on the growth strategy for the business.

You will also be responsible for the following, amongst other things:

Budgeting and forecasting
KPI reporting
Standard costing and inventory
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Internal audit

To be considered for this role, you MUST be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will have experience in a manufacturing setting.

For the right person, this will be a fantastic role where you will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and be heavily involved in the strategy of the business.
