The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a highly successful security company who designs, installs, and maintains integrated end-to-end surveillance control systems.

The ideal candidate for this role will be located between Swindon and Reading for ease of travel across the territory.

Scope of role

- Provide a reliable, courteous, efficient, and effective service.
- Respond to daily fault requests, PPM duties and OOH's reactive duties for large scale, high end integrated systems.
- Always maintain a positive image of the company to the customer, through high standards of dress and customer communications.
- At the completion of each service visit close or update the help desk with the call status.
- Ensure that any company vehicle provided is maintained in good working order.

Essential Criteria

- Around 5 years of experience in the security field
- Must have experience with Enterprise systems
- Must be happy to travel and occasional work away from home
