Executive Assistant
SF Recruitment is excited to partner with a dynamic construction firm located just north of the city centre. We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant on a permanent basis to support the firm's leadership team. This role offers significant room for professional development and provides a mix of office-based work with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and Travel Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules and travel plans of 5 directors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Email Management: Handle and prioritise incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and proper organisation.
- Event Coordination: Organise food platters and manage logistics for events and meetings.
- Newsletter Production: Compile and produce a quarterly newsletter
- Meeting Attendance: Participate in weekly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Meeting Organization: Schedule, organize, and prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available and agendas are set.
