SF Recruitment are excited to be partnering again with a fantastic, fast-growing business based in West Yorkshire, who are looking for an Warehouse Manager to join their busy e-commerce distribution team.
This is a dynamic role in which the successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have strong leadership skills and a strong vision of what success looks like. You will need to ensure operational success to meet the business Goals. This is a fixed term contract, due to go on until the end of Quarter 1 2025.
Key responsibilities include:
· Improving warehouse efficiency, in order to meet operational and commercial targets and also fostering a culture of accountability
· Manage overseas couriers and export processes
· Resolve any Warehouse issues that arise, and escalating when needed
· Maintaining a clean & safe environment, in line with Health and Safety regulations
· Lead the Warehouse team effectively, carrying out shift briefings, ensuring targets are met and working closely with HR to ensure policies are applied fairly and consistently
· Ensuring positioning of stock to maximise pick efficiency and general warehouse efficiencies
Please note, the successful candidate will need to have previous experience as a manager in a similar setting, with proven experience of motivating and leading teams and a strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements.

· A competitive salary of up to 45k, depending on experience
