As a Data Engineer, you'll be a key player in optimizing our data infrastructure, ensuring data availability, accuracy, and security. If you thrive on designing and implementing innovative data solutions, we want to hear from you.

This role is hybrid with majority remote working.

What You'll Do:

Work collaboratively with diverse teams to understand data needs and devise pipelines to meet those requirements.
Develop and maintain ETL processes, transforming and loading data into our data lake and warehouse.
Utilize technologies such as SQL Services, Microsoft Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse to build and manage data pipelines.
Craft and maintain efficient data models and schemas for storage and retrieval.
Write and optimize intricate SQL queries to extract valuable insights from our data.
Implement robust data security measures and access controls to safeguard sensitive information.
Monitor data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability, resolving issues as they arise.
Collaborate with the Head Of Data Management to establish and enforce data engineering best practices and standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering, making recommendations for adoption.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control.
Problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, both in office and remotely.
