About the Role:

Our client is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join their Credit Management team in Coventry. This role focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and improve performance in collections. You will be responsible for daily reporting, identifying trends, and working closely with collections teams to optimise debt recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse collections data using SQL to identify performance trends and insights.
• Work with collections teams to implement data-driven strategies for improved recovery rates.
• Create and present performance reports, offering recommendations for optimisation.
• Suggest system improvements, including Power BI and ERP solutions, to enhance decision-making.
• Ensure data security and GDPR compliance in all processes.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent certification.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in data analysis to improve performance.
• Experience in creating business intelligence reports.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
• Track record of continuous improvement in a data-focused role.

Desirable:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4), Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with SQL tools (e.g., TOAD, SQL Server Management Studio).
