Customer Service Advisor
SF are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients growing team in Telford.
£24,000 Per Annum
Permanent Contract
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service tasks within a busy environment.
- Reviewing customer orders.
- POD retrieval.
- Delivery progression.
- General customer queries on orders or invoices.
- Learn and understand how to recognise when customer's orders and product codes don't present correctly and initiate a conversation with whoever supplied the order so it can be rectified, before processing to ensure the success of the customer's order.
- Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly and in line with GDPR regulations.
- Multi-tasking, being able to handle multiple customer orders and queries in progress whilst working on new incoming orders.
- Working within the team.
- Accuracy and adherence to policy when handling customer orders and queries.
- Update and retrieve information on a variety of customer portals and platforms.
Skills/Qualifications:
Essential:
• Minimum A-C grade Maths and English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent data entry skills
• Good Telephone manner, polite and confident
• Team Player
• Good time management skills
• Can multitask and manage/prioritise own workload
