Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Salford
Salary: up to 27k (depending on experience)
My client, a leading appliances supplier and manufacturer, is looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join their expanding team. This is a full time permanent positon, based in Salford with great transport links making it easily accessible to all. This role is based in the office, with an 8 hour shift between 8am and 6pm depending on the rota.
Duties include:
- Handling customer complaints and queries regarding electrical goods
- Using a ticketing system to keep track of complaints
- Providing high quality customer service and making sure any issues are resolved.

The ideal candidate would have:
- One year previous experience in a customer service environment (essential)
- Previous experience providing customer service in the electrical appliances field (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Be hard working and punctual
- Strong IT literacy
