The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a respected construction company in their search for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their busy Customer Service team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients and ensuring that completed projects meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards and policies.
- Manage and respond to client queries, ensuring all issues are followed through to resolution.
- Support the implementation of the company’s Customer Care processes and procedures.
- Monitor the Customer Care inbox, log and action emails, and maintain detailed records.
- Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to coordinate remedial works.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with progress notes.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, ordering materials, and raising purchase orders.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager and wider team.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Care or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Experience within the construction, property, or maintenance sector would be advantageous.
