SF Executive is partnered with a private equity backed, services business that is seeking a Commercial Finance Director. You will report to the Group CFO and support the Division Managing Director.

The Commercial Finance Director will be responsible for the following.

- Partner the CFO and MD to develop divisional strategy
- Provide data analysis, commercial insight and increase transparency on business performance
- Provide relevant and timely monthly financial analysis to drive business performance and ensure financial information is provided in accordance with Group timetables
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting cycles
- Support the financial and commercial due diligence process on all acquisitions.
- Take the lead role in the financial integration all acquisitions.
- Monitor and control levels of working capital.
- Ensure customer credit risk is managed in accordance with Group policy.
- Perform reviews of commercial contracts and terms therein.
- Drive cost savings and productivity initiatives.
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement processes to track sales pipeline and forward revenue cover/backlog.

The successful Commercial Finance Director will be a qualified (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) and experienced finance lead. You will have worked within contract led environments and you will have ideally been exposed to the pace of private equity backed business.

This role is being offered on a hybrid basis. The expectation is to work 2 days from home and spend 3 days in the field. The sites are located across the West of the UK and stretch from Warrington to South Wales, with two sites in the West Midlands.
