SF are working with a private equity backed software business in London to source a deal savvy and commercially relevant CFO.
The business in question is the enterprise SAAS space with recurring revenues of nearly £20m - the plan this year is to exceed this number and generate a positive EBITDA........
With significant SAAS and software experience you will be exceptionally well versed in the core drivers of an enterprise software business - you will have ideally raised money and sold businesses before at an EV in excess of £50m / £100m - you will also be at home with a very direct and high performing company culture.
For the right candidate, a generous salary and equity package will exist to ensure that you are aligned with the Board on value creation.
