Chief Financial Officer

SF Executive have been retained by a private equity backed consumer services business in London to find them a high performing Finance Director / CFO - the business is hugely successful and has good levels of EBITDA and growing.

This CFO/ FD job will be a true business partner to the Board and will sit shoulder to shoulder with a hugely engaging CEO as the business continues to grow and will go through a private equity exit to secondary PE or trade in the next three to four years. This is a multi site business, and ideally you will have experience of managing a complex business from a finance standpoint including opening new sites and driving them to profitability quickly, ensuring profitability is maximised at existing sites while ensuring relevant upgrades are made to maintain the brands exacting high standards all the while being responsible for the professionalisation of the finance function.

Given all of the above, we are looking for a confident, communicative and resilient FD or CFO who has already operated in a standalone SME and or PE role.

The business has sites across the UK and so a willingness to be out and about and present is a requirement of the role though also means there is no requirement for you to be based in any one location.

A significant package will exist for the successful candidate along with a growth share.
