CFO

SF Executive are working with a private equity backed projects business in the Midlands to recruit a commercially savvy and communicative Chief Financial Officer.

The business in question has turnover of around £30m and is growing quickly - revenues are generated both through the delivery of large scale contracts as well as related recurring revenue streams.

We are looking for a CFO who has already been No 1 in a standalone projects / service business with a high capex requirement - we would also consider candidates that have worked in the infrastructure space - energy / renewables / fibre.

Your role will be to shepherd the business through a full investment cycle alongside the CEO and ultimately own the process of selling the business.

A six figure package and seven figure equity package will exist for the successful candidate.
