Call Centre Agent

SF Recruitment are working with a great business in Derbyshire to recruit for a Call Centre Advisor, on a full time permanent basis. This role is exclusively to SF, so please get in touch today if you have the following skillset:

Do you have a solid background in a call centre or customer service environment and enjoy helping others with technical advice?

What we're looking for is a skilled professional who can handle the below duties:

Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chat enquiries.
Providing expert advice on all services, and solutions.
Spotting opportunities to recommend and upsell additional products or services.
Processing orders, creating invoices, proformas, credit notes, and courier labels.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
Working closely with our in-house technical teams to resolve queries efficiently.
