We are seeking an entry-level Application Support Analyst to join our team, providing first-line support for business-critical systems and helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organisation.
Looking to take your first steps into IT support? This entry-level role is a great opportunity to build technical experience in a hands-on environment, supporting business-critical systems that keep a fast-paced distribution operation moving.

What you'll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for all application support queries via email, phone, and ticketing systems
Logging and triaging tickets accurately, asking the right questions to assess priority and impact
Resolving common issues by following knowledge base articles and documented procedures
Escalating complex problems to senior support while keeping users updated throughout
Helping improve internal documentation and support resources
Communicating clearly and empathetically with users - translating tech-speak into everyday language
You'll mostly be based at the Coventry office, with some flexibility for occasional home working. There may be some travel to local distribution centres or offices now and then (you'll need a full UK driving licence).

What you'll need:
Clear and confident communication skills - both written and spoken
A methodical, problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in IT or software
Good organisational skills - able to prioritise tasks and manage a busy support queue
Familiarity with basic computer hardware, software installs, and networking setups
Full UK driving licence

Bonus points if you also have:
Any experience in an IT support, service desk, or customer support setting
Basic knowledge of T-SQL, C#, or PowerShell
Exposure to application troubleshooting or support ticketing tools
