My client, a reputable and well established real estate company based in Bolton are currently recruiting for an administrative assistant to join their busy team. This is a full time (37.5 hours), permanent position perfect for anyone looking to hit the ground running in a new role.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling phone and email inquiries
- Process applications
- Address service requests
- Submit tenant information onto the system
- Manage maintenance requests
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy skills, including previous experience working with Microsoft
- Hard working & punctual
- Previous experience working in an administrative position
