SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an administrator to join one of our clients within the legal sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close knit, high flying team based in Blackburn. This role boasts the opportunity to move to a hybrid working model (after the training period is complete) and excellent benefits.
Typical duties will include:
- Assisting solicitors and lawyers with daily administrative tasks
- Handling incoming calls and managing mailboxes
- Filing, printing, copying, scanning, and preparing mail
- Using the online portal to check for correspondence
- Liaising with clients and other legal professionals
- Managing diaries
Requirements:
- At least 1 year previous experience in an administrative position
- High levels of organisation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a professional manner
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment
